PAYMENT POLICY: To secure a reservation and schedule your surf lesson, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. We accept payments through online transfers and cash payments (in person).

CANCELLATION TIMEFRAME: Customers are eligible to cancel their surf lesson up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

REFUND POLICY: If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the lesson, we will refund the full amount paid upon reservation. However, if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time or if the customer fails to show up for the lesson, no refund will be issued.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE: To cancel a lesson, please contact our customer service team by phone/WhatsApp (+351910285821) or email (info@surfiteasy.pt). Provide your booking details, including the date and time of the lesson, as well as your name and contact information. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refunds accordingly.

EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS: In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather or instructor unavailability) may require us to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative lesson time will be arranged based on your preference.

Please note that this policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our surf school. It allows us to manage our resources efficiently and provide an opportunity for other customers to book available spots.
